Please note import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Homecall encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Homecall at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Estimated Shipping Timelines
Orders placed on Homecall are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
For standard shipping, if you place an order in Germany, orders will typically arrive 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
Other countries orders will typically arrive 6-7 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping Fee:
Please note: The below shipping costs are based on UPS's standard package size. Please refer to the actual payment amount of the order. If the package is too large, the order may be split into multiple packages, but our warehouse staff will try their best to help and pack all your products into one package without exceeding the UPS size limit.
