Sorry your order was cancelled. If the item (s) you've ordered is out of stock at the time of packing your order, we need to cancel it. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund, depending on your payment method. Our customer service team won’t know if a product is coming back in or not so why not take a look at our 'New In' section to see if something catches your eye.

We usually use DHL. The shipping takes about 3-5 business days in Germany. Shipping to other countries in Europe takes 5-7 days.

Normally we do not cover return shipping fee or offer return labels unless the product has quality Issues or customization errors. You are responsible for the return shipping fee if the return is caused by yourself. Please choose an economical/standard shipping method.

We need to process returns and exchanges when we receive them in our warehouse, which may take up to 7-10 business days. Please send us the return tracking number and make sure to return the item with its original packaging with the manufacturer tags. Otherwise it is not acceptable to us to provide exchanges or issue refund for you.

No – you'll only pay for the items you wish to purchase and the appropriate shipping rate calculated at the time of checkout.

If you are having issues processing your payment, you can try a few of the following:
