What if I don't love my stuff?

Sorry to hear you don't love your order! If you aren't satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item's arrival.

Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. If you fail to do so, we will not accept your return.Support Free Exchange

Who bears the return costs?

Who bears the return costs for a return depends on the case. If you have received defective goods, we will of course bear the costs for your return. In this case, we specify the carrierGLS. If you do not like the product and would like to send it back, you bear the costs. Then you can choose the shipping company yourself.

Return Conditions

* We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.

* If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with support@homecalloutdoor.com and our customer service team will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.

* Shipping fees are non-refundable.

* Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra 50% off are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

* We do not refund under the following circumstances:

The recipient cannot be contacted or the recipient's address is wrong, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver. The goods may be destroyed by the local logistics company.

Please fill in the right address, phone number, and postcode when placing an order. When the logistics company delivers, please make sure your phone is contactable.

If the item you are returning is eligible for an exchange, you may request an exchange during your process of return.

How long will it take to receive your refund?

Once we receive your parcel, we will agree to your refund and you will receive it within 3~5 days, it depends on your payment methods. We will send a refund e-mail to you at the same time, if you haven't received your refund for a long time, please contact your local payment service or support@homecalloutdoor.com to get help.

Return Address

If you want to return goods, you can submit a request to our customer service by sending an email to support@homecalloutdoor.com. Please also include your order number, name, and return reason. If we cover the return costs, you will then receive a return label from our support team. You will receive an email from us as soon as your return shipment has been received and processed.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

Yes. Once an order has been placed, you have one day to contact us at support@homecalloutdoor.com to modify or cancel the order during our operation hours. If you are unable to cancel within that time frame, you may return or exchange your order after you receive it.

Our customer service will give you a reply in 24 hoursExcluding holidays.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@homecalloutdoor.com. We may be able to cancel your order depending on the time and date it was placed.

Lost Packages

We ship by UPS. Once the package has left our warehouse, Homecall cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or miss-delivered packages.

Please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any insight. If they cannot assist, please email us at support@homecalloutdoor.com so we can work with you to resolve this.
